Welcome!
I'm a research engineer with a strong background in mechanical systems, ranging from hydraulics and elecro-mechanical systems for aerospace applications to micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) for optical and medical applications, with over eight years of experience in multidisciplinary settings.
Work Experience
Most of my work experience comes from the 4 years spent as a mechanical engineer at Triumph Aerospace Systems in Seattle designing and testing hydraulic systems and landing gear.
Research
I have 5 years of experience researching microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). My research has focused on designing and controlling micromirrrors for beam steering applications.
Interests
Other than engineering I have an number of interests, most of which revolve around being active and outdoors. This includes playing soccer, hiking, traveling, and SCUBA diving to name a few.
